At By Coquette, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance standards.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
